My experience with Big Smiles was a pleasant and extremely professional. I arrived early and was immediately called into a room. Dr. Kim explained exactly what would happen. The hygienists were good also. Considering I had to have a tooth extraction and was anxious about it. The care and expedient service I received here made me look forward to going back with no worries!

If you can love going to the Dentist, then they get 5 stars. I've been seeing Dr. Siegel since he opened his practice, and I can honestly say, that he and his entire staff have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and caring. I admit, (as will Dr. Siegel), I am a most difficult patient - if not the most difficult! I have high anxiety, low pain threshold, and need to know and understand all of my options and everything else that's going on (in my mouth, lol) before, during and after every procedure. Great office, great staff. Very friendly. Dr. Siegel was wonderful. Explained every to me in a simple easy to understand way. The work I had done was painless. I don't love going to the dentist but if this is how it always would be I certainly wouldn't mind going more often.
