Jessica was AMAZING. Like amazing amazing. I went in for lip filler and brought her a reference that would have taken about 2-3 syringes to achieve. First off I was terrified, I’ve got lip filler before and was numbed but it was still painful. She numbed me up soooo much I really only felt one or two little pokes, it was so much more comfortable than my last 2 experiences elsewhere. Dr. Warren has performed 2 surgeries for me. On both occasions Dr. Warren had great bedside manner, I always felt like he was very confident that things would go well which inspired confidence in me as well. His supporting staff has had excellent communication with me throughout both processes and I have never been in a position where I was unable to get in contact with someone who could help when needed. I would recommend Boulder Valley ENT to anyone who is in need of ENT services.
Always love coming in. I started with the Doctor and now see Nurse Jessica and they’re both wonderful. I really appreciate the level of education I receive to make sure I feel comfortable in my decision. And have always had beautiful results!
The details about the hearing aids were thorough and Jill was really courteous. Also she had already called my insurance for general pricing so she was able to let me know the maximum my insurance would allow. Overall, a great experience.
Dr Warren is thorough, his explanations made sense, the hearing test was well done. Unlike many doctors, Dr Warren didn’t rush. My first appointment will not be my last. Excellent practice.
