Had an issue with my hearing aids day after Christmas. Called the office & they had me drop them off. Even though it was just before their lunch break the Tech was able to correct my problem & I was on my way. Wonderful people. I am very appreciative. Thanks.
My husband and I had our ENT checkups and hearing tests today. Joshua Gumpert, PA-C was great! Very thorough and cleaned wax out of both our ears. Hearing test gal was great too, as well as receptionist at the front desk. Very pleased with entire process and exams. Will go back again when due for exams.
Melissa, my hearing aid specialist, has a number of special qualities: she has compelling knowledge of the aids; she gives me confidence that her solution(s) are the very best; she has a great personality, and is a delight to work with. I consider myself lucky to have her as my specialist.
Good experience. Was seen by a PA Kirsten. She was kind and thorough. Alexis the audiologist was the same. I think they cared about helping me feel better. Max wouldn’t let me forget my scarf.
This is the most predatory billing I've ever seen at a medical clinic. I showed up here for an allergy-related referral from my GP, and left with a $700+ bill, after spending less than 20 minutes with the doctor and just confirming what I'd already known. The doctor didn't even hint that the sinus "check" he'd be doing is a $400 add-on, and as a college student who CLEARLY is concerned about finances, this feels horribly predatory.
