Wonderful, sweet, kind, detailed, comfy, and very very quick! These are only a few of the word that I would use to describe these lovely lady's! They have the highest of standards when it comes to your comfort and questions! They answered every question I had in full detail with the utmost compassion! I had a deep clean done. I just moved to CO and just had my first appointment this week, I cannot say enough about how great this dentist is!! all of the girls are incredibly nice and friendly. This is the best experience I have had at a dentist, Dr Ha is incredible. They all listen and address your concerns, I had 0 pain and the place is very luxurious and clean. I love it!! I highly highly recommend.
Best dental experience ever! I will never go anywhere else. The employees are all super friendly and easy to vibe with. The procedures I’ve had done so far went so fast and i was so comfortable during the entire thing!! I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. They tricked me into signing up for their payment plan so I could get my teeth cleaned. I just wanted 1 cleaning, they said they had a better deal that would be less expensive and have more services. I have gotten 1 cleaning and they proceed to charge me 50$ a month for something I will never use again, when I moved and tried to cancel my plan (since I never used anything else) they told me it was too late, and I had to pay off the dept. After doing some research, we decided to give them a shot, but the atmosphere was far from inviting, and the staff were not as kind or helpful as we had hoped. Dr. Ha was impersonal and rushed through the appointment without addressing our concerns thoroughly. Communication was poor, and we didn’t feel well-informed about our treatment or how to maintain our dental health.
