Quick check in, I was taken to exam room early and was seen 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. Dr. Villar was very easy to talk to and he explained things so I was able to understand them.
Great care from the while medical team
My NP Took extra steps to protect me when she found I had fallen 24 hours before and didn’t go to ER, in light of being on Eliquis. So I went to ER as instructed. I’m grateful for the extra care given me by your nursing care staff!
Friendly and efficient front office staff. As always my provider was great. Answered all my questions and reviewed my current kidney health.

Because of bad weather I couldn’t come into the office so I appreciate being seen by video. I’m sorry the blood work wasn’t done for my sodium reading. I’m not sure how that fell thru the cracks !! Was it not in the order.? In the past it’s just been part of the blood panel ! I will make an appointment to get that done in the near future.

The front office face of the practice was very friendly and efficient. It was very busy but they were kind to everyone. Dr Bisarya was friendly and unhurried. He was clearly very knowledgeable and reassuring and he answered all my questions.
