The staff at Dr. Mcdonald's office are efficient, excellent, kind, and very helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Dr. McDonald. If you are seeking an ENT with a good bedside manner who patiently listens to patients' concerns and provides empathy along with insightful information and recommendations for their health issues, this isn't the doctor for you. Dr Clement McDonald is awesome!! Answers all questions and concerns goes above and beyond. His nurse Natalie is the BOMB!! Don't know what I would have done without her help with insurance. This girl knows her stuff.
Dr. Mcdonald is great, explained all my options and pro/cons of each. His staff is very friendly! And his office hours works great with my busy schedule!
I had a very good experience with Dr. McDonald performing my tonsillectomy at IU West. My experience with Dr. McDonald consisted of one consult appointment, the tonsillectomy surgery and one follow up appointment. The consult appointment allowed me to get all of my tonsillectomy questions answered and allowed me to figure out what kind of doctor Dr. McDonald is.
