I went for an evaluation for allergy testing on Friday. However, I had two teeth pulled on Wednesday and was bruised, swollen, and very uncomfortable. Dr Bailey was concerned the moment he say me. He examined me said I needed treatment without delay. He gave me a steroid injection and prescribed an antibiotic. He then examined me and discussed the allergy testing I originally came in for. I really liked Dr. Bailey, which is saying a lot since I'm not too fond of doctors in general. He examined me, ordered tests done and scheduled me to come back to review the tests to see if anything else needed to be done. Dr. Bailey wanted to see me back in a year as a follow-up. He is very soft spoken, patient and thorough. He made sure that I understood what was wrong and took time with me. I didn't feel rushed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an ENT specialist.
I love Dr Bailey and his whole team. I would never want to go anywhere else. As good as any doctor is, if his support team is not friendly and helpful, it makes the experience unpleasant. I always leave there feeling well taken care of and satisfied with my care.
The office was very clean, front desk staff was extremely friendly and efficient making check-in simple and painless. Dr Bailey is wonderful! Very patient, he listened to all I had to say before explaining his solution to my issue. That seems to be a rare gift these days! I highly recommend Dr Bailey!
