Office associates were very smooth in getting me into and reviewing my general info in a waiting room. Dr. L. Burton knew of my last session and we discussed my progress & what to do next. I realize Dr. Burton knows what I have and how to handle it's control. I suggest you don't do what u think u should do when u get home but follow the Dr's suggestions fully - that is a better path !
They made it a priority to see me after having surgery somewhere else, understanding that we moved and it was such a hassle and added stress. They have been following up with me and they are ALWAYS so kind. The doctor explains what he sees, and listens to my thoughts and concerns. I am so grateful to have found such a caring team. Great experience with my first appointment as a new patient. Efficient check-in process with very nice front desk staff. Dr. Swanson listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly.
Very timely service and very nice people working there. The reason I rated them a two was because after insurance I had to pay $1300. That works out to about $500 per second that a doctor looked at my ear and after 5 weeks there is still no better hearing in my left ear after the sudden hearing loss. I understand the hearing loss is not their fault but I got $0 return on my trust in this service as far as results are concerned. I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Erin Krueger, an audiologist at this practice. She is very knowledgeable and helped me navigate my new journey with hearing aids. Her friendly and kind personality is a plus! I would recommend her to anyone needing an audiologist.
