Such a great experience! I was a new patient and person at the front desk was super helpful getting me check in! Dr. Franklyn Aguebor is excellent. He was kind, efficient and made my cleaning a breeze. He realized I needed a couple of fillings and got me on the schedule quickly. It was also an added bonus to have a cute Frenchie in the office and being able to watch Netflix while getting the cleaning made the overall experience enjoyable.
My experience with Smile Design was comfortable, calm and painless. My first contact was with Jasmine who assist w my info. intake; she is absolutely wonderful. Her kind and humble spirit is demonstrated through the call and when you meet it’s like meeting a friend you known for some time. This was simply the worst experience of my life. I came in for a consultation on a Tuesday and was told I needed to get my removal done on Friday or risk getting an infection. Despite my hesitation I put my trust in these doctors only to have the person performing the procedure not wait for my mouth to be fully numb before ripping my teeth out. Dr. A and Dr. Johnson have both been nice and professional in assisting me with follow up appointments and trying their best to problem solve. Their office staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I am sure that soon all issues will be resolved soon. I look forward to working with them more in the future!
I’ve been coming to Smile Design for over a year now and have been more than satisfied with each experience. The front receptionists and Dr. A are truly amazing and I always walk out the office feeling better than I came in. They take time to listen to any concerns and issues I may have and explain the process of every treatment I may need. I highly recommend Dr. A , 10/10!
