Dr. Song and Chey were fantastic. Quick, easy, and informative. I had not been to a dentist in years and they made the process extremely comfortable. I’m very excited to begin my treatment plan!
We had an amazing experience with Smile Lounge in Frisco. I have been trying to find a new dentist for me and my daughters that I could trust since our family dentist retired during COVID. He was the only dentist my daughters had ever visited (they are now 12 and 18) that was great with them. So grateful I decided to try The Smile Lounge! Had a wonderful time here! Received a thorough evaluation and was educated on next steps. Cheyenne, the hygienist, was super friendly and welcoming and so was Dr. Cho. They both did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and I already feel better about my smile.
I really wish I would have found this place sooner. Nevertheless, I’m glad to have finally found a place to make as my new dental office. The attentiveness and kindness of the staff and doctor is parallel to none. Cheyenne and Dr Song really made me feel comfortable and gave me a great dental experience. To add to the experience the office looks amazing!
About 10 years ago I was 25 and had a severe illness. I was on end of life medication and it causes advanced tooth decay. I’m lucky that I survived but unfortunately my teeth did not. About 5 years ago, I got individual implants in another state and my body rejected them. When I got to the Smile Lounge with Dr. Song and Cheyenne I was treated with compassion and respect in spite of the mess that I was introducing.
